Long survival in an elderly patient with acute myeloid leukaemia after treatment with harringtonine

A remission was achieved in a 73‐year‐old woman with acute myeloid leukaemia after treatment with harringtonine. The remission lasted 3½ years and she remained alive at the four‐year follow‐up.
