An improved method of semen preparation for artificial insemination, which involves filtration on an albumin column followed by resuspension in fasting blood serum, is described. The proportion of motile sperms, the quality of motility, motility index, and life span of the sperms in vitro are improved. Six pregnancies have resulted from the use of this method.
