Multiple‐site avascular necrosis A complication of Goodpasture's syndrome treated with plasma exchange and corticosteroids

A case of non‐traumatic avascular necrosis, which developed in multiple sites after treatment of Goodpasture's syndrome with plasma exchange and immunosuppressive drugs, is reported. It is suggested that this treatment was a contributing factor to the development of necrosis in the patient.
