We report a case of a chronic leg ulcer caused by infection with Mycobacterium ulcerans in a resident of Loch Sport, on the south side of Lake Victoria, Gippsland. Previous cases of M. ulcerans infection have been confined largely to the Bairnsdaie district, on the northern side of the Lakes system.
