A 21‐year‐old man developed electrocardiographic signs of cardiac glycoside toxicity, impaired neuromuscular transmission, and rhabdomyolysis after prolonged exposure to large doses of Linctus Codeine. I considered that the squill component of the Linctus was responsible.
