Elucidation of two chromosome 15 variants by multiple banding techniques

The use of sequential C and NOR banding techniques demonstrated a difference between two cases of chromosome 15 variants, which had appeared similar by conventional techniques and G banding. One was a 15 p + (enlarged short arm) and the other a 15s + (enlarged satellites).
