The fate of 193 patients with Hodgkin's disease treated by The Prince of Wales Hospital Cooperative Oncology Group (Lymphoma) over a ten‐year period is presented. Over‐all actuarial survival rates of 54% and 41% at five and 10 years respectively are obtained. Five years' survival rates for patients with Stages I, II, III, and IV of disease are 76%, 55%, 51% and 35% respectively. Lower survival figures than those observed overseas for patients with Stage II and Stage III of Hodgkin's disease appear to be related to the extent of therapy given. New treatment policies for the Cooperative Group in line with overseas experience are formulated.
