A method is described for the production of an ejaculate from the paraplegic male by electrical stimulation from a probe placed in the rectum. A case is reported in which an ejaculate produced by this method was used to inseminate the wife of a paraplegic patient. Pregnancy resulted, but the infant died. Post‐mortem examination revealed the presence of transposition of the great vessels.
