Watering eyes (epiphora) as an apparently isolated sign of congenital glaucoma in a four‐month‐old baby is presented. It is suggested that diagnosis will be facilitated if the associated feature of enlarged cornea is looked for carefully and detailed examination under anaesthesia is performed in doubtful cases.
