Recurrent Guillain‐Barré syndrome is rare, and in a recent review of the literature Thomas et alii (1969) found only 14 acceptable examples of recurrent Guillain‐Barré syndrome in which there was complete or almost complete recovery between attacks. The longest interval between attacks was 13 years. This report describes a further case in which the Interval between attacks was 17 years.
