The tenth reported case of methotrexate‐induced congenital malformations is presented. The abnormalities were mainly of the skull bones. The mother was given the methotrexate as treatment for psoriasis during early pregnancy. The case is reported to emphasize the need for adequate contraceptive advice when methotrexate is used for the treatment of women who may become pregnant.
