A case is described of the Landry‐Guillain‐Barré syndrome caused by infectious mononucleosis, occurring in a 19‐year‐old youth who subsequently recovered. The nerve conduction studies showed reduced motor conduction velocities in the terminal segments of the peripheral nerves. During recovery these prolonged terminal motor latencies returned towards normal.
