The serum from a male whose semen showed macroscopic autospermagglutination was not spermagglutinating in a microagglutination test. The concentrations of immunoglobulins in the semen were estimated by quantitative radial immunodiffusion. The concentration of IgG was 6 mg/100 ml, and IgA and IgM were undetectable at concentrations of 1 mg/100 ml. It is argued that the autospermagglutinins in this man are not immunoglobulins.
