A further report of a case of systemic histoplasmosis is presented. The patient developed Addison's disease and had a relapse of the infection. He has again responded to amphotericin B, and extraction of all the teeth appears to have removed the source of the recurrence. There has been no further trouble in the 15 months since the end of the second course of amphotericin B.
