Two cases of accidental poisoning by dapsone ingestion are described, and comparison is made between their differing presentations. Three toxicological references likely to be used by the doctor are noted to have been of little use. It Is suggested that accidental poisoning by any substance is more likely to occur in later, rather than earlier, children in a family.
