An Aboriginal family Is reported, in which nine members spread over five generations have manifested male pseudohermaphroditism. The inheritance pattern has been shown to be consistent with sex‐linked recessive or sex‐limited autosomal‐dominant inheritance. The clinical relationship of this family to some other reported familial pseudohermaphrodite syndromes is discussed briefly.
