A series of three cases of mixed leukaemia encountered In Sydney during a four‐year period is reported. In each of these cases, blood and bonemarrow changes were present which could be interpreted only as being due to the simultaneous presence of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and acute myeloblastic leukaemia. Radiotherapy or antimitotic chemotherapy does not seem to have been a causative agent in any of these cases.
