A case considered to be one of simultaneous intrauterine and intra‐abdominal pregnancies is reported. The intrauterine fœtus had a normal delivery at full term; the intra‐abdominal pregnancy was symptomless, and the fœtus, which died at approximately 22 weeks’ gestation, was successfully removed more than one year after the presumed date of its death.
