A case of Klippel‐Trenaunay syndrome is presented, characterized by swelling and lengthening of the right leg and foot, and varices and pigmentation of the leg and foot. Large, incompetent lower leg perforators were demonstrated. It was observed that varicose veins are apparently rare in the Vung Tau area of South Vietnam.
