Little (The American Journal oj Cancer, vol. xxxvii., No. 4, Dec. 1939).?In continuance of their remarkable experiments on the transmissible tendency to develop mammary cancer in mice of inbred strains, these authors now adduce evidence from various hybrid aud back-cross generations designed to show the relative importance of chromosomal and extra-chromosomal influence on the development of cancer.
