Some schizophrenicsappear to be worse after convulsion therapy, especially hebephrenics,who also react unravourably to insulin coma. Emphasisis laid on the importance of keeping patients under observationafter dischargefrom hospital in order that treatment may be repeatedat the earliest indications of a relapse.
