Analiza przyczyn awarii konstrukcji korpusów drogowych

The paper proposes a methodology for conducting the analysis of causes of con-struction failure of road embankments. First of all, it is focused on damaged road embankments, which represent a substantial percentage of this type of failure. At the beginning, current norms, regulations and rules of building art are presented, compliance with which should ensure a proper quality of construction, and thus should also reduce the risk of failure. In the next part, the paper is focused on the juxtaposition of the causes of construction failure of road at various stages of carrying out the investment projects. It is proposed a methodology for evaluating the causes of the construction failure of road and the methodology followed in the event of their occurrence.
