This research paper concerns penitentiary institutions for the adolescentand rehabilitative influence within their premises. Penitetiary influenceis directed towards the means which are obligatory within the legalsystem. They include work, teaching, sports activities, cultural and educationalactivities, maintaining relations with the outside world, as well asnew means and methods of influencing the convicts. The activities carriedout on the premises of the penitentiary institutions and directed towardsthe adolescent often cause certain implications that may cause numerousproblems for penitentiary staff in their work with the convicts.
