Annulment of the decision by the Warsaw’s Real Estate Reprivatisation Commission

In the scope of verification of administrative decisions relating to the implementation of theeffect of the nationalization of Warsaw real estate after World War II, Polish legislative introduceda number of instruments of a procedural inscribing into the traditional catalogueof extraordinary modes of verification of administrative decisions. One of such instrumentswas the annulment of the administrative decision introduced into a specific arsenal of legalmeans available to the Warsaw’s Real Estate Commission. Annulment of the decision by theWarsaw’s Real Estate Reprivatisation Commission is the extraordinary verification issue likespecial administrative decision described in art. 156 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
