The change in regulationsin terms of increasing the limit of offersof equity crowdfunding in Poland from100,000 EUR to 1 million EUR madeit more attractive to wider group ofentities. Not without significance wasalso the success of crowdfunding offerof Wisła Kraków football club. The aimof the article is to present the concept ofcrowdfunding and to propose an originalmodel of crowdfunding transaction. Thearticle consists literature studies, legalregulations and case study method. Onthis basis, a model for transactions ofrising capital through share crowdfundingwas proposed.
