The values of employees and their ability to realise them in the workplace influencetheir commitment to work, and thus their salaries and productivity. The values ofUkrainian citizens working in Poland have so far been little explored. Therefore, the aimof the article is to get to know these values and to compare them with the values professedby working Poles. The text uses the results of research contained in the literature,conducted mainly in Poland, as well as the author’s own research.
