Modern organizations, which want to grow, should implement changes, andtake care OF human resource as well, because it is important to make a firmmore competitive. Considering that, the managers attention should be focusedon employees’ loyalty. The loyalty may define how employees’ trust in managers,in organization’s mission and purpose, thus as good image. Creating thedynamics of types of employees’ loyalty as a result of introducing innovationsis of great importance.
