Recent series of Goos's works (1985, 1986, 1987) on helicosporous Hyphomycetes have stimulied ihe studies of some material from the author's collection. The taxa presented in this paper, i.e Cirrenalia lignicola Kirk, Helicoon fuscosporum Linder. H. richonis (Boudier) Lmder. H. sessile Morgan, Slimacomyces monospora (Kendrick) Minter, and Troposporella fumosa Karsten, are recorded in Poland for the first time
