The effect of fertilization of savoy with (NH4)2SO4, Ca(NO3)2, NH4NO3 and CO(NH2)2 on the crop, vitamin C content and carbohydrates content was investigated in a pot experiment. The largest crop and the lowest vitamin C content was found with Ca(NO3)2. The plants fertilized with CO(NH2)2 showed the highest content of carbohydrates
