Investigations were performed on the sensitivity of Wolffia arrhiza (L.) Wimm. to the herbicide 2-methylmercapto-4,6-diisopropylamino-l,3,5-triasine. The plant was found to be suitable for use in a biological test for quantitative estimation of the herbicide. The analysis was performed directly in water extracts by means of counting or weighing the plants
