This article reports the question of a new vision of using of the technology in the organizations. A quantum and cosmic vision how much the participation of all involved in questions of changes, where the systems boarding and the management of the knowledge are strong points toggle for the evolution of the man. However this will only be possible before a deep process of interior hashing of the human being.
