The acceptance of the of Quality Administration System ISO 9000 in the world market is undeniable. Several studies have been registering the results of the companies that have been implanting such system in its productive process, showing as the norm is being interpreted to the reality of several sections. This article seeks to contribute with the description of a quality administration system ISO 9002 in the industrial section of drunk, in a branch of AMBEV. An analysis of the results display a rigid control in the productive process, because a small variation in the production already differentiates the product type. As well as that actions of environmental nature have the documental and operational control accomplished by the quality administration, being rendered the possibility of integration points then among the two administrations.
