We sought laboratory evidence of primary immune deficiency (PID), a condition known to be associated with recurrent infections and autoimmunity, in fibromyalgia (FM). We correlated laboratory findings with a clinical history of recurrent infections and reduced epidermal nerve fiber density (ENFD).
