In this paper, the properties of cascade reliability model considering Weibull strength and Fréchet stress distribution have been studied, concentrating on calculating the reliability function for systems of one, two and three components. For these systems, three estimation methods were suggested and the values of reliability function for each method were calculated. The results of simulation showed positive relationship between the parameters of reliability and Weibull parameters and negative relationship between reliability function and Fréchet parameters
