As a result of the development that gained in the world of the communication, and led methods and traditional exchanging information to be nonsufficient for provide easier and secure exchange information from side to side.The new NMMB (New Messenger for Mobile by using Bluetooth) aims to provide new method to transfer data over mobile without any cost to transfer data. It improves new technique to move IP packet via Bluetooth from one mobile to another, and provides security for transfer data by using multi-method of security over time on transfer data.
