The article presents the fundamental concepts of nomadism and cultural identity as ways of understanding the dynamics of the digital world. The nomadic way of life as a theoretical model, referring in general terms to the so-called wanderers who suffer from the lack a sense of belonging to the designated area. For the modern nomad, the formation of individual identity is not a priority; the personal traits and inclinations of nomads change according their moving. The author examines the relationship between the concepts of nomadism and cultural identity in a digital context. In light of the accelerating social and geopolitical changes imposed by the attitudes of the modern digital world, the points of view of J. Deleuze, in collaboration with F. Guattari and P. Wilson, are considered in order to reveal the complexity of cultivating a certain cultural identity in the modern digital age.
