Population growth has an impact on increasing the number of incoming students and students graduating, so that a new lecture building is needed that can accommodate the number of students. The calculation of steel roof refers to SNI-03-1729-2002, reinforced concrete structure refers to SNI-2847-2013, loading refers to SNI 1727-2013, and SNI-1726-2012 for earthquake. The Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2018 application is used for structural statics analysis and the AutoCAD 2018 Application for drawing structural details. The results of the re-building are obtained: the structure of the steel pipe gording roof uses a diameter of 3 inches, the frame of the easel uses steel pipes of 10 inch and 6-inch diameter. The reinforced concrete structure of the floor plate with a thickness of 180 mm. Ring beam measuring 400/600 mm. The main beam with dimensions of 400/600 mm. columns measuring 800/800 mm. Sloof beam with dimensions of 400/600 mm. The lower structure uses a bore pile foundation with dimensions of 300x300 mm totaling 4 poles grouped with a 2500x2500 mm pile cap
