Kinetics and thermodynamic on the adsorption of Co2+ onto chitosan-aluminium oxide composite material were studied, and the kinetics and thermodynamics equations, activation energy (Ea), and the thermodynamics constant were obtained. The adsorption of Co2+ onto chitosan-aluminium oxide composite material was found to follow pseudo-second-order kinetic model
