В статье представлена авторская программа, представляющая собой быстрый и простой алгоритм диагностики степени тяжести травмы, воспроизводимый на устройствах на платформе Android, предоставляющий возможность триажа, направления интенсивной терапии и определяющий транспортабельность (дальность транспортировки) пострадавшего.Клиническая часть исследования проведена на основании изучения и ретроспективного анализа 1143 историй болезней пострадавших во время локальных военных конфликтов в г. Беслане 2002-2004 гг., в г. Цхинвале 1991-2008 г. и тактике оказания помощи в ДНР 2014-2018 гг. В проведенном исследовании представлены пути решения актуальной задачи современной анестезиологии и реаниматологии – улучшении результатов лечения пациентов в больницах, функционирующих в непосредственной зоне боевых действий, связанной с выявленной проблемой «недосортировки». Разработанная авторами программа позволяет решить данную проблему, что в последствии улучшает результаты лечения пострадавших, а также снижает летальность. The article presents a program that is a fast and simple algorithm for diagnosing the severity of injuries, reproducible on devices based on the Android platform, providing the possibility of triage, directions of intensive care and the effectiveness of transportability (delivery distance) of the victim.The clinical part of the study was conducted on the basis of a study and retrospective analysis of 1143 case histories of victims of local military conflicts in the city of Beslan in 2002-2004, in the city of Tskhinvali in 1991-2008 and the tactics of providing assistance in the DPR in 2014-2018. This study presents the ways of solving the urgent problem of modern anesthesiology and resuscitation - improving the results of treatment of patients in hospitals operating in the immediate zone of hostilities associated with the identified problem of "under-sorting". The program developed by the authors allows to solve this problem, which subsequently improves the results of the treatment of victims, and also reduces mortality.
