The Russian Toy Manufactory project was launched in the fall of 2020 by the Family Traditions Crafts Center with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund. The mechanics of the project is teaching the skills of creating quilted toys. The target audience of the project includes unemployed women over 50, mothers of disabled children, and mothers of large families.
