Moyamoya disease is a cerebrovascular disease which is characterized with stenosis and occlusions at the distal part of\udinternal carotid artery and at the proximal part of anterior and middle cerebral arteries. It rarely causes temporary or\udrecurrent hemiparesis due to intracranial hemorrhage while symptoms like headache, convulsion, nystagmus, aphasia and\udataxia may also occur. In this paper, we present a case of Moyamoya disease which was diagnosed with a 23 year old\udfemale patient who was admitted to our emergency department with headache, nausea and vomiting complaints and\udwhose radiological findings showed occipital lobe hemorrhage.\u
