It is no longer in the interest of the institution, both in the long and short term, to overlook the aspects of governance and resources. The adoption of social responsibility systems is necessary to ensure the sustainability of the institution and improve its economic performance as well as maintain its image in the environment in which it exists. This is why we conducted an applied study in the Awlad Youssef Foundation in Mostaganem, through the distribution of 40 questionnaires to its employees and retrieved 36 valid questionnaires for processing. After analyzing, we concluded that the mechanisms of social responsibility contribute to the activation of the mechanisms of corporate family governance.
