Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), arising from mesenchymal cells, isthe most common soft tissue tumour in children and accounts forup to half of all sarcomas. We present the case of a 33-year-oldmale presented to the urology department of the University CollegeHospital Galway (Ireland) in March 2009 with a 2-month historyof a left scrotal swelling, increasing in size.
