Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) type-III is a common disorder characterized by pelvic pain and lower urinary tract symptoms in the absence of active infection. The aim of this clinical study is to evaluate the results of thermobalancing therapy (TT) and to discus the possible etiology and pathophysiology of CP/CPPS.
