Vesicovaginal and urethrovaginal fistulas related to obstetricalcauses are exceptionally rare in the developed world. We reporta case of 23-year-old woman with a urethrovaginal fistula, whichdeveloped after a cesarean delivery because of an inappropriatelyplaced urethral catheter. Diagnostic evaluation and surgicalapproach are discussed.
