Information support for developing project competence of educational organization head in the context of digitalization of education

The article deals with the issue of organizing information support for the formation of project competence of the head of an educational organization in modern socio-economic conditions characterized by the processes of globalization of social relations, production processes and activities based on their digitalization. It is shown that the possibilities of additional professional training programs alone, the development of which is a traditional way of developing professional competence, are not enough for the full disclosure of the potential of project activities by the head of an educational organization. To solve this contradiction, it is proposed to use the capabilities of global digital reality. To this end, the authors of the article attempted to determine the essence of modern information support for the formation of project competence of the head of an educational organization. The structure and content of practical activities in the implementation of information support for the formation of competencies of the head of an educational organization in the field of project management and digitalization conditions are proposed.
