The state and individuals bear international criminal responsibility for international crimes, regardless of the capacity they have, whether they are the principal perpetrators or contributorycontributors, and they can be questioned through the national judiciary or internationaljudiciary within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.In cases where the crime is committed by a group of individuals who cooperat icipation tocommit it ,their roles and the material or moral activities they do in achieving the criminaloutcome may be identical , and the crime in this case may be called criminal participation,in international crimes it is participation in the crime against peace or a crime , war or crimeagainst peace or a crime , war or crime against humanity is considered a crime in the eyes ofinternational law .In this research we deal with the subordinate contribution to the scope of internationalcrimes through two studies. In the first we dealt with the concept of international crimesthrough two demands. In the first we studied the nature of international crimes and its characteristics,and in the second we showed the types of international crimes, and in the secondtopic we dealt The concept of ancillary criminal contribution to international crimes in tworequirements. In the first, we dealt with the subordinate criminal contribution to internationalcrimes, and in the second we dealt with the pillars of ancillary criminal contribution to internationalcrimes.At the conclusion of the research, we explained the most prominent conclusions and recommendationswe have reached.
