
The Influence of Work Environment, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Information and Communication Technology Security Service Performance

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of information and communication technology security services. This research uses quantitative research. The research variables used are divided into three variables: a) Independent Variables, b) Intervening Variables, and c) Variables. Sources of data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques and questionnaires. The population in this study was obtained from personnel at the Information and Communication Technology Security Service. While the number of samples used was 230 employees who worked for at least one year in January 2021 at the Information and Communication Technology Security Service, the sampling method used in this study was the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Hypothesis Testing (Regression Weight and Direct Effect). Based on the results of the analysis and data processing described in the previous chapter, the conclusions obtained from this study are as follows: 1) Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Culture have a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on performance; 3) Work environment and motivation through job satisfaction have no positive and significant effect on performance; and 4) Organizational Culture through Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance.
