This article is devoted to the analysis ofdistinction of labor and civil-legal relations, as well as the judicial protection of an employee in the case of abuse by employers. A brief analysis of this issue is given. Recommendations are given for improving the legal mechanism of judicial protection in case of violation and limitation of labor rights and interests of an employee.
