The article discusses in detail the problems of the system of social justice. Three levels of the social protection system in the Republic of Kazakhstan are shown. The experience of using the compulsory social insurance system, which has been in effect in the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2005, has been studied. Attention is also paid to state support for the employment of citizens by studying the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship. The author proposes ways to improve the service delivery system and proposes ways to solve problems in the field of social justice.
